Private

Abilities: Privates participate in DG events.

Answers to: Sergeant.

Description: Private is the first rank in. Privates need to be active on the websites and within the clan. Your only responsibilities are to have fun and to get to know other members in the community.

Promotion: Privates need to recruit 5 people to get promoted.

Corporal

Abilities: Corporals are able to participate in DG events.

Answers to: Sergeant.

Description: This rank is for people who have recruited a total of five people and are ready to prove themselves as leaders. They set examples for the lower ranks.

Promotion: Corporals need another 5 recruits

Sargent

Abilities: Participate in DG events.

Answers to: Lieutenant or higher.

Description: Now taking their first steps into learning about leadership and responsibility within PRWG. They are to set examples to lower ranks and teach them about DG and what we do.

Promotion: Sergeants need to show some interest in DG and learning some leadership skills. Sergeants must know the entire ranking structure and all the rules before ranking up to Lieutenant. They must also go through a short training period to learn what they will be doing and how to go about doing it.

Lieutenant

Abilities: Lieutenants are able to start running their own meetings and practices with permission from a Major or higher.

Answers to: Captains or higher.

Description: Lieutenants have the responsibility of running practices and meetings (with permission from a Major or higher). They must also set examples for the people under them. Every Lieutenant should be training people below them, teaching them the ranks, rules and how we do things here in DG.

Promotion: Lieutenants need to show that they are ready for a promotion by helping people, having a voice in meetings, and working with their entire squads to help make them better. They must also be trained and ready for the Captain position. They should be training sergeants that can take their place after they are promoted.

Captain

Abilities: Captains are able to call and run their own meetings. They are also allowed to promote up to Sergeant.

Requirements: Captains must show great leadership and have a strong understanding about DG and how everything works.

Answers to: Major and up.

Description: Captains are responsible for handling small disputes or problems within their squads and should be running meetings and helping the Lieutenants and other members get more accustomed to how things are done in DG. A Captain's main priority is to make sure that the plans made by the General and Major are put into action.

Promotion: Captains must show complete understanding of how squads, divisions, and the rest of the community works. They must be well trained on the following: handling issues with members, running meetings, and training members.

MAJOR

Abilities: A Major is allowed to demote and promote up to Lieutenant. They are allowed to go to General and up meetings if their General is unable to attend.

Description: A Major's responsibilities are wide ranged. They must do everything from holding meetings with their squads to staying active on the website, and sometimes if deemed necessary going to higher up meetings. Majors should be training members within their squads constantly.

Answers to: Generals or higher.

Promotion: Majors will need to have a complete understanding on how to run an DG squad. This is not something taken lightly, it is a big responsibility. Before being promoted they will be evaluated by a higher leader. Majors must also train a Captain to take their place before being promoted.

GENERAL

Abilities: Generals are allowed to Demote and promote up to Major.

Description: It is the General’s job to make sure everyone is performing the duties of their ranks correctly. They can make all promotions and demotions in the squad. Generals run every aspect of their squads. Their members are their responsibility.

Reports to: Battalion Commander or higher.

Promotion: To be promoted to Battalion Commander Generals must show complete loyalty to DG. They must also show that they can successfully run an PRWG squad. Generals must be in DG for a substantial amount of time before being promoted.

Comments: Generals are encouraged to work closely with other Generals and Majors in order to keep everything running smoothly.

Battalion Commander


Abilities: A Battalion Commander's main responsibility is to look over the squad tags that they run. They may remove people from the squads they are looking after. If they deem necessary, they may also step in to run the squad. They may promote up to Major.

Description: Battalion Commanders watch over one to two squads. They are there to maintain order and boot the people that are breaking rules. They make sure that Generals are running their squads correctly and efficiently. If the Generals are not performing their job, they need to report it and step in to help the squad. They are also responsible for training the General(s) below them.

Reports to: Section Commander or higher.

Promotion: Battalion Commanders must show a complete understanding of all aspects of PRWG, and they must also understand how to run a section in DG. This is a big responsibility and Battalion Commanders will go through extensive training before being promoted. They must also show that they can maturely and calmly handle any problem that is thrown their way.

Section Commander

Abilities: Section Commanders are allowed to suspend members and are allowed to demote Generals and down with the permission of a Division Leader or higher.

Description: Section Commanders run what is called a section. A section consists of four squads. They make sure that all leadership positions are filled with strong leaders and that all their squads are running well. Section Commanders must hold weekly section meetings and must attend higher up meetings constantly. They keep in close contact with their division leaders to make sure that everything is being run efficiently.

Reports to: Division Leader and higher.

Promotion: Section Commanders must show that they can handle stressful situations and can make major decisions. They must also be trained thoroughly in every aspect of running a division.

Division Leader


Abilities: Division Leaders are allowed to open and close squads. They are also allowed to ban or suspend any rank bellow them. They only have power in the division that they are in.

Description: Division Leaders run everything in their division. They are the supreme rank in a division. Division Leaders must make sure that their division is running correctly; that squads are running smoothly and that new ones are opening. They must also make sure that all ranks below them are doing their jobs. Division Leaders can open and close squads on their own. They must have division meetings twice a week and meet with senior ranks to give a report of how their division is progressing. This rank has a lot of responsibility and only dedicated and loyal members will be allowed to attain a rank this high.

Reports to: Clan Analyst or higher.

Promotion: They must have a complete understanding of how a division runs. They must run a successful division. They must also train a Section Commander to take their position and will need to be evaluated by a senior ranking member before being promoted.

Clan Analyst

Abilities: Analysts can ban anyone below them. They can step in to run a division if need be. They have full power over everyone in the division that they are assigned.

Description: An Analyst is assigned a division to watch over. Being an Analyst is a lot of responsibility. You must make sure that people are not abusing their power and that everything is running correctly in the division. It is the Analyst's responsibility to run division sites and to step in and run the division and take control if the Division Leader is not doing his/her job.

Reports to: Sr. Clan Analyst or higher.

Promotion: Analyst must understand how to run web sites and how to handle major issues fairly and coolly. They must understand how to shut down and open entire divisions. They must also learn how to demote and promote every rank below them. Creators will have the final say in the promotion.

Sr. Clan Analyst

Abilities: Sr. Analyst is allowed to black list and ban any one below them. They have the power to shut down and open entire divisions with the permission of a creator or co-creator. They can promote and demote up to Division Leader and can suspend any rank below them.

Description: Sr. Analysts have the power to open and close divisions. They have full power over any rank below them. They also have full power to black list people and clans. The Sr. Analyst is one of the most important ranks of DG and they should be treated with respect. Senior Analyst not only has major responsibilities online but also on the forums they must be active daily on the forums and will be assigned a job to do on them.

Answers to: Co-Creator, Creator.

Promotion: A Sr. Analyst will be promoted if the creator and co-creator(s) think they are ready to take on the responsibility of the entire community.

Co-Creator

Abilities: Co-Creator has full power over all DG. On X-Box Live and off of it. They help run the entire community as a whole and work with the creator to put plans together to make DG a better place for everyone.

Creator

Abilities: May make any decisions to make the community a better place for everyone.

Description: The creator of DG is the supreme rank in DG and they can make any decisions on or offline. Their rulings are final on any and all decisions they make. They should be treated with the utmost respect.
